This team is responsible for all the computers, networks, technology, websites, landing pages and much more but most importantly is about managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.  The ERP system tracks everything that goes on in the company.  It tracks everything going on in every department and generates configurable digital dashboards that warn all levels of management when anything goes out of scope.

8. Eighth Primary Internal Practice and what I consider the magic that pulls everything together is Quality Assurance and Quality Control
This department documents every employees' job duties and creates a training manual for every job.  It develops all the processes and controls the company uses to ensure it is always in compliance  government regulations.  When a problem occurs it is the independent department that drills down and determines if the problem was caused by a process error or a human error.  It then evaluates how it can prevent a reoccurrence of every problem.  This department must only report to the President of the company and no other executive to remain in compliance with Good Corporate Governance.
